Piscataway NJ

Wedding season has started up.....and I am already behind on getting my weddings posted!  These photos are courtesy of the bride and her photographers at The Wedding Central (the link will take you to their blog and more pics of the wedding)  I love getting the professionals shots, especially since they know how to use their fancy cameras and I have yet to take a class to learn how to use mine!

The wedding was at the end of March during those strange but welcome gorgeous days.  This bride was referred to me by....her sister!...whose wedding I did, maybe about two years ago.  Thanks for keeping me in the family girls!

The Bride carried a bouquet of picassa callas and blazing fury hades cymbidium orchids...with a name like that I half expected the flowers to start swinging at me kung fu style;).   They were a beautiful dark purple/burgundy color.

The idea for the brides maids bouquets came about because I felt the flowers were individually showcased better by keeping them grouped together with their friends rather than mixing up the entire bouquet.  Something I've wanted to try.... and the bride was very nice to give me a lot of freedom in creating these.  I love how they turned out.
Bridesmaids Bouquet:  Tulips, Peonies, Cymbidum Orchids, Dendrobium Orchids, Steel Grass, and Scilla (which you can't see in this pic, but you can see it in the pic below.

This is a great picture of the bridesmaids!  It looks like it belongs in a magazine!

The bouquets as they are delivered, always in water to keep them looking their best

Lots and lots of upcoming events...and maybe even a Bat Mitzvah!
